How about this?
Every newborn is issued a gun along with their birth
certificate.
Every teacher has a gun and takes a gun safety class so that
each child can have an hour a week of weapons instruction from kindergarten to
12th grade.
Every mentally ill person must have their diagnosis tattooed
on their forehead to prevent them from purchasing a gun.
A young person can pass their gun safety when they pass
their driver’s exam, and would be automatically issued a concealed carry
permit.
This would certainly be much easier to pass in the
Republican Congress than sensible gun control.
