If I were the benign dictator:
Anyone could say anything they wanted, but they would have
to write it 100 times first in longhand.
Anyone could marry anyone they wanted, but the marriage must
last in direct proportion to the cost of the wedding.
Corporations could earn as much profit as they wanted as
long as most of it went to the employees.
People could practice any religion they wanted as long as
they acted like loving human beings.
