Send this to your Republican legislators:
How many more of these school shootings will it take before
you and your colleagues in Congress have the courage to pass real and effective
gun control. Forget the President. He says one thing to the nation and another
to the NRA. Forget your party. That’s the source money that buys off integrity.
Think for yourself based on the reality of contemporary America. You have the
power to do something.
Consider how young people think of America now. Think about
how other developed nations have found ways to avoid our kind of gun culture. I
don’t accept your half-hearted attempts at “sensible gun control” because they
have gone nowhere.
The poisonous hold of the NRA on the Republican Party
disgusts me. Really disgusts me.
