How does art become art? It endures. It's both of its time and beyond its time. With each new life, it emerges as more than just nostalgia. With each new life, meaning is peeled away to find new meaning. Each generation knows art must be kept alive, even if they don't always know why. Sometimes this art must be dug out from the mudslide of the trivial and given the chance to breathe.
