 The punishment should certainly fit the behavior. So for Vladimir Putin, I’m thinking go Medieval. Start with flaying, followed by the rack, followed by some arrows, followed by drawn and quartered, followed by burning. I’m not sure if that’s sufficient, but that’s the best I can come up with for now.
