Pride Month
Everything in the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual domain of human beings is characterized by variety and complexity. That is why it has been a limitation and an untruth to think of gender as a male/female dichotomy. Like all human aspects, gender and sexuality are also expressed in varied and complex ways.
We waste time and create problems for ourselves when we try to force rigid ideas about gender and sexuality on others. Our real task is to live out our own beliefs in ways that are healthy and loving and let others do the same.
