In the past, I’ve rewritten the Our Father and the Ten Commandments. Here’s my rewrite of the Hail Mary.
Hail Mary, who lived as grace, spirit life begins in you. Blessed are you and blessed are all women carrying life. Blessed is the fruit of every womb, that this fruit becomes love. Holy Mary, mother of the God in us, guide us from ignorance to love, now and for all the days we are alive
