It is sometimes tempting to equate power with leadership.
Don’t. Power is an obsession which tramples morals, people and compassion.
Leadership is built on trust and caring for those being led. Power is a form of
lust. Leadership is a form of holistic nurturing.
Power applied humbly can morph into leadership. Leadership
that is effective is a humble form of power.
