Lenten reflection #7
I’m thinking about the Last Supper. Not the events, but the thoughts and emotions of the apostles. There must have been confusion, fear, consternation, elation, anxiety, disagreement and love. Aren’t those the same emotions and thoughts we experience when we are challenged to take the risks that truth, integrity and love demand?
