Task for the day:
We are bombarded daily with crap, crap, crap in text and
image. With conscious cunning, politicians, marketers and entertainment media
numb us with half-truths, jingles, celebrity endorsements, billboards, gas pump
videos and more. We believe we are not affected by them, but that’s like being
pushed along in a flood and claiming we aren’t getting wet.
So the task for the day is to listen carefully to this junk.
See it for what it really is. Push it off the cliff. Reclaim your aural and
visual space. Fill it with what’s good and true and beautiful.
