Bubbles

Donald Trump exists in his bubble of superlatives. Inside his bubble, he is never wrong and never responsible for what may have gone wrong. He can joke in public with power hungry world leaders to trivialize important issues. He can buddy up with cruel dictators. He can lie with impunity and believe he is telling the truth. He can brush aside documented sexual improprieties as if they never happened. Life is sweet and glorious inside his bubble.

Melania’s bubble is a fashion bubble. She probably should replace “Be Best” with “Be Dressed.” Just stand there, look good and don’t burst the bubble by saying anything.

Jared and Ivanka’s bubble is the bubble of wealth and privilege. Inside that bubble, without any experience or credentials, they can change the world. They can tackle any insurmountable issue armed only with nice clothes and lots of money.

Trump’s cabinet exists in a corruption bubble. Inside this bubble, corruption is a qualification for a high government post. This is where corruption is the rule of the day and taxpayer money is the till for luxury travel and accommodations.

So get your pins out everyone, the bubbles must be burst…and soon.
