(c) a Che Guevara cap, a red neck bandana, camouflage shirt, cargo shorts with studded pockets, ammunition belt, combat boots with colorful laces
(d) jeans, pink leather chaps, Tom of Finland leather vest, red cowboy boots, pink leather wrist cuffs, cowboy hat with snakeskin band
(e) yellow silk shirt with balloon sleeves, sleeveless argyle sweater, green corduroy pants, striped elastic belt, white wing tip shoes
