Value your intellect, but don’t let it get lazy.

Lift up others.

Pay attention.

Inflict wisdom on young people. It makes aging worthwhile.

Use nostalgia wisely.

Get your hands dirty.

Dance more.

Question the experts.

Spend more time naked.

Humans are absurd creatures.

Write your own eulogy.

Don’t be afraid of truth and integrity.

Give your spiritual nature a chance.

Age gracefully—your body will eventually turn on you.
